Day Six - A cold trip to Wellington

King Parrots at feeder

4 kilometers after Two Mile Flat you turn down Twelve Mile Rd to Twelve Mile.

Hay shed along the way.

Hidden Valley Rd isn't hidden any more.

I name this rock formation 'Four Fingers Rock'. It looks
like they buried a giant and he's trying to dig his way out.

Shearing shed near Dripstone.

Hakea clavata.        We spent some time at Burrendong
Botanic Garden & Aboretum on a chilly autumn day.

Eucalyptus websteriana

Looking towards Lake Burrendong.

Grevillea maxwellii

In the Fern Gully shade area.

Speckled Warbler

Chamelaucium uncitatum  -  Geralton Wax

Hakea laurina

Eucalyptus pyriformis var. elongata

Church no more, near Slipstone.

Only ghost trains use this abandoned rail cutting near Goolma.
